Our services are available to Swindon and Wiltshire-based survivors of sexual violence and/or abuse, aged 16 and over. We deliver services remotely, by telephone or online, or face to face in the room at one of our venues in Swindon, Chippenham, Trowbridge or Salisbury. Services are available in the daytime only.    

To access our services, please contact our Single Point of Access by telephone or email.  We can send you further information and if/when you are ready, we can arrange an Initial Meeting. This meeting is an opportunity for a mutual assessment of our services against your needs. This helps us to decide together if we are the right service for you, and to plan your preferred service pathway with us.     

If you agree at the Initial Meeting that you will proceed with us, we will gather the information from you that we require in order to provide our services safely and effectively. Please see our Privacy Statement for further information.

We will also talk with you about your preferences for location, delivery method and the gender of your therapist. It is important to be aware that this meeting will also determine whether remote services might be suitable to your individual circumstances.

Access to the services depends upon your availability matching with ours. There are always waiting lists in operation but certain things, such as your availability, will affect how long you will wait. Once a practitioner is allocated, you will meet with them regularly on the same day at the same time so you would need to be able to make a regular commitment.

If you cannot attend when our services are available, we might recommend a service delivered by another organisation. The same applies if we cannot meet your preference for delivery of your chosen service, such as by telephone, online or face to face.

We regret that our services are not suitable for people with severe cognitive or learning difficulties, or severe speech and language problems. 

We do not knowingly work with perpetrators of sexual offences irrespective of whether they also identify as a victim/survivor. If we feel a service provided by another organisation might be better suited to your needs, we can signpost or refer you as you choose.
